As required by the Aussie Consumer Law, we've got to lay out the nitty-gritty details for you.
Long story short, our goods come with guarantees we can't dodge. If there's a major hiccup, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
We play by the Aussie Consumer Law rules and so, if your happiness meter is in the red, send us a message here within 21 days of getting your package.
Remember to send us a photo, and tell us what went wrong and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please be sure to note your order number and provide us with details on what went wrong to ensure a prompt resolution.
